I was trying to wire money over. It said the transfer went through on my end, and they're verifying it on the other end.
The next thing I know, they cancelled the transaction and shut down my account. I've been trying to email them and call them to figure out what happened, and how to re-open it and get the money where it needs to go. Regardless of the day or time that I call, they are never open. They will not respond to any of my emails and never sent me an email to say my account was deactivated.
However, every time I log on, it says that my account has been deactivated and to check my email. I'm extremely disappointed; I was trying to get some money to another country quickly and have been unable to use this resource.

Looks like been charged twice
I send money last May 11th and my family dis received the money right away . The problem is today May 14th i saw you money taking out from my bank the same amount from May 11th so looks like this is 2nd charges. May 11th is the last time i send money to your company and beside after May 11th my Debit card was close because of some charges did not recognized so how come company World Remit took money from my
Bank today.

I recently went to transfer money to my nephew in Pakistan for his 18th birthday, the transaction was not completed as for my identification once more which I did with my driving licence and a selfie photo email was sent back sometime after saying that my account had been reactivated but I could not access and it said it was the activated I have already put £150 in the account to transfer now I can't get my money back or access to my account.

When I was able to speak to a representative they confirmed the money was there and they attempted to send an email to relevant departments to get my account reactivated, that was around a week ago, I have not heard anything since all attempts to phone you have required me to have a transaction number to speak to someone that as I could not complete the process of this I do not have. With no access to my account I am very concerned that I am going to lose my money that I have trusted you with.

I was sent the tracking number (18725****) to collect the money. Unfortunately, I tried by all means but I couldnt.

I cancelled a transaction but still waiting for the money to come back to me because the phone number did change and I cannot change on the website went the transaction was made I make it the 6 of this month and still waiting it almost the 6 again the service is very poor how can I get help and to who I can speak to and there no person you can talk to and this money was very important for the person in the other side I really are very disappointed in worldremit

World remit are a bunch of crooks after using them for almost 5 years they have locked me out of my account for no good reason . They don't answer their phones and treat people like crap.stay miles away from this garbage.
Need help sending money
J'ai appelé le répondeur m'a renvoyé sur le cite de world limit et personne n'a répondu pour me donner l'o formation nécessaire. J'ai essayé à maintes reprises mais personne ne répond. Je suis vraiment très désolée.
I need them to refund my money
For now Im happy because the person need the money right now and this not first time is happening to me it happened to me 4four times now and they are never refunded my money back to my account and I need everything today thank
Insensitivity
No response, no mails, no explanations. They dont even care if the money in question was for health related expenses. Its sad.
