Cant log in tried everything
Tried logging in to my account to resolve a failed transaction when I tried to send money to my sister abroad. She never received the money and I never got a REFUND.
Can't even log in to my account to resolve the issue TRIED EVERYTHING! Customer service phone line is very frustrating and disappointing!

Cannot get into my account
I used to brag about WorldRemit, but what happened? I cannot log in to my account.
Their system attempts to verify through my previous phone number, but I don't have it anymore. I cannot access the account to update it. And every customer service line keeps hanging up on me; the website login is unavailable; and my temporary phone doesn't have enough memory to download the app.
This is crazy. Where is WorldRemit when I need them?

Very poor services and the money I sent to transaction number 20089**** the recipient can’t get because the branch didn’t receive any transaction on their side
MLhuiller alleged no transaction remitted to their part so no money release to the recipient. Only now happened this to all my transaction with your company. Your customer service agent alleged they email but MLhuiller branch informed the recipient no transaction remitted to their company

I have not been refunded my money
Hello,
My transaction to Kenya was cancelled a week ago. The money was deducted, but so far, I've never been refunded.
Has it disappeared too? The UK office isn't even receiving phone calls.
They have routed all calls and chats to robots that don't even know what's going on. I am completely frustrated for sure.

There is no answer in the customer service line. The prompt never lets you chose the number. When you press the number you want it keeps going on an on and then hangs up.
My account has a wrong phone number and when I verify my email address and go to change my phone number it will not let me do it. Done it a couple of times now and still will not let me change my number. So my account has been blocked.
