why RBC is not in the institution selection for payment.

i was using worldremit for 2 years in canada and it always convenient to do it anytime..but my bank Royal Bank of Canada was not in the institution selection for payment..

I called RBC to find out because I was having the same problem. They simply decided decided not to support World remit any longer via direct transfer or debit. they want you to use their transfer service instead which costs more and takes much longer. instead I started using my RBC credit card and transfer the funds back into the account immediately to avoid interest charges.

According to WorldRemit Support, to request a cancellation, you should:
  • Log in to your account via the website or app;
  • Go to your transfer activity;
  • Go to the transfer you want to cancel;
  • Press 'Request cancellation'.

After you request a cancellation, WorldRemit will send an email to inform you if the request was successful. Unfortunately, they may not be able to refund a transaction after it has been paid out.
