I'm not able to login into my account

I am not able to log into my account with the 2-Step verification. I need to talk to a human person in Customer Service, since none of the issues addressed in the FAQ are helpful to me. I cannot get anybody to talk to, and it's very frustrating.

Unable to login and resetting password

I have forgotten my password and keep sending the forgotten password link which says it will send me an email to enable me to change my password but I never received any emails and I must have tried 10 times.
I regularly get emails from them saying that I haven't used them for a while but now I want to use them I can't

I honestly cannot recommend a company who has not 1 person ti answer any customer service line; no website login; only app download, which isn't useful for people with no room for another app; and they've removed the ability to chat with them. Someone in WorldRemit has made some wreckess decisions, that are not in the best interest of the customers. Surely, they'll feel the results in their bottom line. A customer who cannot access their account, is a customer who cannot send nor receive remittances. That's a lose-lose transaction.

They don't pick up their phone. Only a recorded voice that refers you to their website. Menu selection on the phone will not lead you to a person. Frustrating
