I sent money (1000 Canadian dollars) to Jean Claude Harerimana on June 25th, 2024. He didn't receive it, so I cancelled that transaction. The message I received from World Remit stated that I would be refunded after one week, but until today, I haven't received any money.

I can't log into my account and had tried many times to forget my password, but not link sent to my email. Very frustrated situation.

World Remit cancelled my transaction to Kenya after deducting money from my bank account. They told me to just do another transaction which I did to the same person but with another £50 pound more knowing that I would replace when they refund me my money back.

So far they have not refunded, they even don't receive phone calls.

Instead, they refer me to chat bots that doesn't know anything and cannot help... Instead, refers me back to customer care for support. So I am just being tossed up and about...

I'm so much pissed.. Frustrated for sure

You toke my money 2 time in my account and u didn't deliver to the receiver wy.i don't have 100 symbols for you before you receive my message tht I have to tel you , I'm very disappointed about he way you are doing your job please all I need is my money we have family emergency I don't think I need all this talk

I have used WorldRemit for some years and I am grateful. However, my account has been temporarily deactivated and I don't know why or how to get back in. I don't wish to stop using WorldRemit.

I tried to log into my WorldRemit account to access the reference number for my recipient, but was told my account has been deactivated. Now, I can't access my account or the reference number. I need help so my recipient can receive the money.

Hello sir. I have problem logging in because the world remit system want me to update my new phone number and the system sent an verification 6 digit code number in my email before for me to enter but when I check my email in my inbox and in my junk email,, I didnt receive the 6 digit code in my email.

I check so many times and try so many time in resending the new. Code in my email. But still I did not receive the code in my email so that I can update my new phone number and will be able to login. Please help me to solve this problem.

Cancelled payment and been over a week but not got amy refund for my payment i have been told to wait 24 hours from last 1 week.

I sent money on 04/03/24 around 12:58:53sec it was £41.42 up now money did not arrive, if iwas your money I think you could ask me to pay for charges, now lm asking are gonna pay me interest because up now I request my money back still not yet get back.
