Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I provided the required id and funds were transferred

Credit card fraud

Good afternoon, After discussion with my bank I send you this email and hopefully you can help. Transactions have been made on my credit account , that I did not order. Transactions are : $30.99 on 1/3 at 1.21 pm Authorisation code 088290 $19.24 on 1/3 at 2.06 pm - code 091978 $401.89 on 1/3 at 1.31 pm code 095094 Could you please refund those transaction as they were not made by me. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I put wrong Bank details and I got the link to correction my bank details from WorldRemit.

set up account...then I could not access. I was then guided to re-set passwork...sent email and never received a password rest email...did this 10 times at least. on the desktop and on the app...
